This experiment is a pure mental disaster. You think it would be the most straightforward month ever. Just set the alarm for 5:30am and wake up. TADA!
In reality, my sleep schedule is more chaotic than ever. I feel like I took a trip to Australia and back and I'm in a constant state of jet lag. Some mornings I wake up at 3am, other times I'm up at 9am. I sometimes nap for 3 hours during the day. I go to bed at 9pm or 1am or midnight. It's a mess.
I'm sure I'm making this experiment more difficult than it actually is but I think it It was not the best idea to screw with my precious sleep. :(
