Day 20: Random Asian Lunch

This is random asian lunch I threw together from stuff in my fridge. 

Random Asian Lunch

1. Boil some noodles, I used soba noodles

2. Add a big spoonful of miso paste, and like a teaspoon of Japanese dashi  as soup stock (this combo is amazing and you won't regret it) 

3. Throw in some frozen vegetables or whatever you got, I used daikon and edamame

4. Right before the soup is finished, crack an egg on top

TADA! RAMEN THINGY! 

I also pan fried dumplings (store bought) and had a side of kimichi (store bought). 

Took 15 minutes. Tasted amazing.
